Overview
The Ziro Valley is one of Arunachal Pradesh's most peaceful corners — a broad plateau of rice fields ringed by pine and bamboo hills, home to the Apatani people. This Ziro Valley tour gives you time to slow down, walk between villages with local guides and understand a farming culture that has drawn international attention for its sustainability.
After a day in Itanagar exploring Ita Fort and the state museum, you drive up to Ziro for three nights. Days include walks through Hong, Hija and Bulla villages, a hike to Kile Pakho viewpoint and a visit to Talley Valley's forests. In late September, the tour can be timed with the Ziro Festival of Music.

Can I do this tour during the Ziro music festival?
Yes, but festival-week stays book out months ahead and prices are higher. Contact us early.
