Overview

This Shillong Cherrapunji tour is perfect for a long weekend or a first taste of Meghalaya. You will explore the 'Scotland of the East' — Umiam Lake, Ward's Lake, Police Bazaar, Shillong Peak and Elephant Falls — and catch the sweeping views at Laitlum Canyons.

Then it's south to Sohra (Cherrapunji), one of the wettest places on Earth, for Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave and the Mawkdok valley viewpoint. No difficult treks are involved, so the tour suits families and older travellers.
